Peanut Butter and Jelly Thumbprint Shortbread Cookies

I saw these through my fb wall and made them right away, i used saltless butter, mistake... always use butter with salt because it balances out all the flavors, i used a 1/4 teaspoon to make the holes as one of the othere reviewers had said to do and it worked great, i put pineapple jam into 1/3 of the dough and berry jam into another 1/3 and mixed peanut butter and chocolate chips into the rest and they all turned out great! awesome with a cup of something hot.... will make again!

Cat Poop Cookies II

I have been making these cookies for my son's class for years and yes, they are bland so i do add a 1/4 cup of sugar and i melt in some real choco chips for flavor but, I also put candy, stickers and treats under the "litter' as an extra surprise for that kids. They will eat enough "" at a classroom party anyway. They are mostly used a visual.

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

These tasted good but ended up like rubber. I added more milk as some of the other reviews had said to do but still was not impressed. I like more of a biscuit-type scone I quess so I will keep looking for one like that.

Shrimp Chowder

I made this soup last night and can I tell all of you just how truly fast a delicious it was!!!!! I will tell you my changes. First I did not have any celery so instead I sauted the potatoes with the onion because they will cook faster. then I added the block of cream cheese and 2 cups of milk and gently melted down the cream cheese. Then I added one defrosted shrimp ring (tails removed) and 1 can of baby clams with half the juice a little salt and lots of pepper. It made 4 hearty bowls for my husband and I. I will be making this for some friends on the weekend, totally satisfied with this chowder...

Yummy Artichoke Dip

I made this recipe for some good friends and we all loved it. I added a couple of dashes of worcestershire sauce, a 1/2 cup powder parma cheese and a pinch of red pepper flakes instead of the chiles and it was outstanding....

Clam Sauce with Linguine

this is a very fast and simple dish that tastes great. I sauteed 1 onion then added then the garlic. Then I added the mushrooms and the 2 cans of clams but only the juice from 1 can. I added a can of cream to thicken it and it was really good

Great Pumpkin Dessert

My sister in law always makes this recipe and would never give me the ing. list or how to make it... now I can!!!!!! This is an awesome dish!!!!!!!! Make it today. But she uses pecans instead of walnuts.

Italian Sausage Soup

This is a good hearty soup-sticks to your ribs.I found though it needed more basr flavor so i added some beef bovril, about 3 packs. I will make this again.

Banana Banana Bread

this is one of the best banana breads i have ever had!!!! it is so basic, you can add or do anything to it and it is awesome!!! i usually add 1 1/2 cups of walnuts and a tea of pumpkin pie spice and it is loved by everyone. sometimes i even add a couple of tbls of crunchy peanut butter and peanut butter chips.... give me a cup of tea and i am gone...no wonder i can't loose any weight.....

Marinade for Chicken

great marinade esspecially for thighs but i added 1/2 cup bbq sauce(plain), 2 tsp onion flakes, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes and 1 tbls organo and it was really tasty.

Zucchini Bread IV

This was the best zucchini bread i have ever made!!!!!!!!! It was moist and delicious. I put half into a loaf pan and with the other half I added Skor chippits and put it into a muffin pan....oh.. my... good.. they were gone in no time!

Goof Proof Coconut Curry Chicken

Pasta with Broccoli and Bacon

i made this dish but i did not use the tomato sauce, i used sun dried tomatoes instead and i used a little of the oil from them to season the pasta and it was great.
