This was quite nice, deff a side dish as it seemed very rich to me. Broccoli still had bite the way I like it. Thankyou for the recipe. Haven't made it since but that isn't to say I wont.

I made this a while ago and I dont know if it was something I did or if it is just the way an Etoufee should be but we weren't too keen on it here. But that could be personal preference rather than a reflection on the recipe.

This was a big hit in my house. Was looking for a recipe to use up some bananas that were going brown and came accross this. As someone mentioned I added choc chips to it. Think I overdid the Banana as this was a little soft but not gooey. They weren't eating slices they were taking huge chunks lol. It hadnt even cooled and half the cake was missing. I have been informed I should make this again. Thank you for a great recipe.

I made this last night. I've been looking for something healthy with lots of flavour and this hit the spot perfectly. I scaled this for 1 portion and I followed the recipe almost exactly ( I added a whole clove of garlic and a little more Cayenne) I had to make a second batch when my brother smelt the sauce cooking. I cooked them in little individual casserole dishes the perfect size. Served this with ermes rice. It was wonderful I whole heartedly reccomend making this you wont be dessapointed. I added some flavours to this as I was in a mood for messing, nothing major just some Cayenne pepper Tobasco and corriander and parsley. This was lovely easy and quick took less than 30 min to put together and I just left it in the oven for 45 min and it was perfect. Just what you want when you get in late from work. I made this the other night as I couldnt think what to make for dinner. I followed the recipe up to the point where I used A bottle of sieved tomatoes in place of one of the tins purely because my tin opener broke and I couldnt get into another one. I thought this was going to be hotter than it was and Im glad it was perfect. It fed 4 (in large portions) served with rice and was able to freeze the same ammount for another day. A great tasty recipe and definately a keeper.

I made this last week, It was lovely I added more cheese than the recipe said and made 3 individual quiche's but it tasted lovely. This was lovely warm and cold. Definately give this one a try. Thanks for the great recipe. HanX

I made this as southwestern flavours go down well in my house. And it was good plates were clean and this was quick and easy to make. Next time I would swap a tin of chopped tomatoes or some passata for the cream as the sauce just needed something and we aren't great fans of cream sauces. But thank you for this recipe it made a lovely change and I will be making this again.

I've only given this 3 stars but it isnt a reflection on the recipe more on my ability to make it work. These spead all over the place and lost their shape completely even after chilling in the freezer my dough was too soft. They tasted great and still went down well. I will make this again but I will use more flour to make it a little stiffer. So again I was probably the reason it didnt hold like it should have done. Thank you for the great tasting recipe.

I made these and put them in litte cellophane bags to give to colleagues at work. They LOVED them! There was definately nothing to bring home. I doubled the recipe and set it in a foil tray. I used a mixture of milk and dark chocolate just for preference but will definately be making this again. Thank you for the great recipe

I made this last week, it was just for my brother and I but my Dad who doesn't like chicken or pasta got a whiff of it and wanted it as well. I didn't have any angel hair pasta so I just used twists. I read a review where someone said marinade the chicken first so I did. I put it in with oil lemon herbs tobasco and garlic. I used a bit more tomato than was called for but just let it simmer for longer and reduce to make a thicker sauce. There was a lovely kick to this recipe and I would reccomend this to anyone. I used all dried herbs and it was fine. Made the house smell lovely and all I kept hearing was "is it ready yet? It smells gorgeous." Just give it a try it is well worth it.

I've made this a few times now and each time everyone has loved it. The Chicken is lovely and moist as the crust seems to hold all the moisture in the coating adds a nice crunch and flavour through the chicken without being overpowering. I usually serve this with potato wedges with a sprinking each of chilli powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper and olive oil baked in the oven. Thanks for an easy tasty recipe.

I made this for dinner last night after getting home from work, was looking for something quick and tasty and found this whilst at work. I used fresh tomatoes as I had them in the fridge with a little passata. Everything else I did the same just cut the recipe down a bit for 2 people. I didn't measure just added what felt right. This was lovely, fresh and tasty and made the house smell like I'd been cooking for hours it was gorgeous! And there were no complaints about a tomato cream sauce "I don't like tomato sauces" could have fooled me the plate was spotless nothing left at all. 30 min after walking in the door this was on the plates and shortly after it was gone. Will definately be making this one again. Thank you.

Loved the flavour of this rice. Hadn't made any mexican rice before but really loved it. 10 out of 10 from me lovely accompanyment to a meal we've even had this on its own, just beefed it up with some veg and beans. Thank you for the great recipe.

I made these last night, they were lovely. The only thing was they didnt rise as much as I would have liked but that was down to me not the recipe I dont have much luck with dough but still these dissapeared quickly. I did sprinkle some currants on top of the sugar before I rolled it up just because of personal preference. Wonderfully sweet and gooey. YUM! Thankyou for the great recipe.

I hate to say it but I made this last night following the recipe to the T. Unfortunately it was absolutely awful. Just thinking about it still makes me feel a little queesy. The smell alone made everyone in the house feel sick I dont know why but it just didnt taste right. While I thank you for taking the time to post this recipe for others I wont be making it again sorry.

I made this last night and it was WONDERFUL, I was looking for something quick but tasty to make and I came accross this as I had all the ingredients. I had this ready for the oven in about 15 min. Im not sure how much Maple Syrup I used probably not the half cup i just stopped when it looked enough. I sprinkled extra brown sugar and some cinnamon and nutmeg on top of the oaty topping.This is great on a cold evening infront of the TV and will deffinately be making it again. This Cake is Amazing!! Family requested chocolate cake and i couldnt find my original recipe so i tried this one, i wont be looking for the other. The cake is soft, Light and extremely tasty. My Dad doesnt like chocolate cake, but this one he had thirds i would deffinately say try it. I was worried that the batter was too thin but i tried it and it works. They rise beautifully and dont sink in the middle. i put chocolate fudge frosting in the middle i was very pleased with this recipe well done and thankyou for sharing Shirly.
