Snowflake Truffles
I made these for the third time last week and agin they were loved by all. My top tip is to put cut the coconut first to make it a little finer and perhaps toast half of it so you get a bit of contrast. Try them people!

Carrot Cake III
This was my first time making a carrot cake, and after rave reviews on here gave it a shot. I modified the recipe a tad, using self raising flour and adding 100g of raisins. It was perfect, dense moist and flavourful

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Absolutley gorgeous cookie. Didnt change a thing ecept I used white choc chips and dried berries. Lovely!
