Spinach Alfredo Pizza

Super Sausage Gravy

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

We thought this was just ok. The parmesan overpowered the dish. Everyone ate 1 piece and the rest went into the trash. Don't think we will do this one again but others may enjoy it.

Scrambled Potatoes

Very good dinner. Everyone loved it. My kids wanted some for lunch tomorrow but there was none left. I cut the recipe back some. Next time I will use packaged hashbrowns to save time.

Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole

Wow...this is great. Next time I will cook longer - I cooked mine 25 minutes before adding the cheese...I bake closer to 35 next time. Like others, I did not add additional potatoes due to time but may try it next time.

Buttery Cooked Carrots

I thought this was a very good recipe. I have never made carrots as a side dish until now. I added a little parsely flakes before serving. It made a very pretty side dish.

Kids' Snack

This was super easy to throw together. I mixed everything together and put it in 2 gallon size bags. The kids love it for an after school snack. I think I will try mixing some and putting it in goodie bags for my sons birthday party next month. It would be so easy to vary the ingredients for another flavor creation.

Easy French Dip Sandwiches

So awesome! I did not know that consomme was so I just bought beef broth. Before I made the recipe I looked it up and realized it is a strong broth so I just added 3 beef bullion cubes to the broth before adding the roast beef. It was so great. Everyone in my family gobbled it up. My husband preferred cheddar and and mustard so it was easy to change it up before putting in the oven.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

This was very easy to make. Everyone in my family chowed down on it. I don't think I used enough lemon juice so I had to added some before serving. I will add more next time before cooking.

Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles

AWESOME cookies! This is my husband's favorite cookie. I am not much of a baker but I made these and they turned out perfect.The only think I did different was use a sugar & cinnamon blend instead of maple sugar. Don't forget to have a yummy glass of cold milk.

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

This is wonderful. It seemes like such a basic recipe...I didn't think it would be as yummy as it is. Like others, I increased my eggs from 4 to 6. Instead of dry mustard, I used prepared mustard (it's all I had). I had some bread crust cubes I've saved and had frozen. I toasted those in the oven as it preheated. I would be proud to serve this for company.

Awesome Roast Beef

This is the easiest recipe I've found to use. It is so wonderful and tastes just like what my mom used to make. This was no dry at all....very good flavor.
