Chicken Milano

I just tried this for the first time, and really like the gentle flavor of this. The soft heaviness of the cream gives the whole dish it's creamy texture that rolls on the tongue. Had it with rice,and it goes well, in fact because it is so heavy, I got full pretty quick. I pretty much followed the whole recipe, (but made it in one pan by doing the chicken first and removing) except that instead of sun dried tomatoes, I had fresh tomatoes, so I sliced and heated them in the Toaster Oven (brush some olive oil on tray base) for several minutes until somewhat dry in texture, and I added a pinch of dried oregano in addition to the basil. One suggestion : I tried to cut down on the cream and used only half at first, but the flavor wasn't very nice. So I added more cream, and it changed into something much better!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Adding a few drops of lemon juice and cutting down some of the sugar gives it some sweet and sour flavor, although this is more on the sweet side.. tossed the chicken in the sauce and some olive oil and grilled. A good basic recipe- The sauce is dark and glossy and tastes nice, but I still want to look for how I can improve on this. Thanks for posting the recipe!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Made this for my dad's birthday, but no one really liked the texture or the taste. This cake does not have a fine crumb and IS dense, but mine came out a bit rubbery! I skipped the baking soda, and used sunflower oil instead of vegetable.

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Very nice,and I like the texture.Good looking food. As seasoning I added a bit of turmeric,say 1/4 tsp,(good for health,adds colour & flavour),about 1/4 tsp of crushed red chilli Asflakes,some black cumin,and crushed garlic. Went without seasoned salt.
