Jalapeno Snacks

Wonderful! Ingredients used as written. From other comments I soaked the jalepeno peppers in ice water for a few hours and baked on a rack. Fantastic taste! (We did not find them too salty.)

Great flavor! I bet it would also make a sensational dip by shredding the chicken and mixing it all together. Thanks!

Fantastic! This pie was the hit of our Thanksgiving. I changed it to 12 servings for a 9.5-inch pie plate and used egg beaters. Topped it with some homemade whipping cream - YUM! THANK YOU for a new family favorite!

Unbelievable Fish Batter

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
Excellent batter! Slight change with recommended 2 Tblsp. of baking powder and added a 1/2 tsp. of Old Bay. To get that great crispiness, fry in shortening (400 degree electric skillet). Then, put on a baking rack on top of a shallow baking sheet. Put it in a 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes and they set up beautifully.
