Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Simple and delicious! Next time I will half the recipe since it made so much. I omitted the colby-jack cheese and added extra shredded parmesan and it was still really good.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These were very good! I baked for 10 mins instead of 8 mins because I used a dark non-stick pan---they turned out exactly like the picture. I'll definitely make these again.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

The BEST!!! My whole family loved these cupcakes! Also, I wasn't sure if I should fill the cupcake pan 2/3 full or not, so I filled them almost to the top and they came out perfectly with none having run over. I will make these again and again!

THE BEST! My whole family raved about this pound cake. I baked it per the recipe in a bundt pan and it came out perfectly.

Great recipe! I added bacon for a richer-tasting soup and the family gobbled it all down.

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2007
This is a great recipe. I followed the original recipe and added a teaspoon of vanilla extract and extra blueberries (I used frozen and they worked just fine). I also topped the muffins with a streusel: 1/4 c butter, 1/4 c sugar, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/3 c flour, 1 tsp cinnamon. I filled the muffin tins about 80% full and this made 15 muffins which didn't run over. They were light and fluffy (make sure your baking powder is not expired or old). Excellent!
