Slow Cooker Stuffing

This is great. Used 3 cups of broth and very dry bread crumbs. Turned out great and the slow-cooker aspect was an amazing time-saver... and is the reason I gave it 5 stars instead of 4.

Cajun Cake

Let me preface this by saying that I'm not a huge sweets fan (especially cake!)... but this rich cake is possibly the best I've ever eaten. The best part? It stays moist for days. TOTALLY worth the calories and a perfect make-ahead!

Baked Chicken with Peaches
