Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2015
We really liked this sauce. Followed the recipe exactly, maybe next time I might add something, like garlic. But it is a great, and easy, recipe as is. I even used non fat milk, and it came out nice and thick!!

Scrumptious Salmon Cakes

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2015
I made these last night, and they were wonderful!! Didn't change a thing. I made 4 patties since I halved the recipe, which means we get the other 2 tonight!! Thanks for this recipe. I followed another reviewers advice, and used a lemon sauce with them- the recipe is from this site- "Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties".

How to Make a Tuna Melt

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2015
Made this last night. They were REALLY, REALLY good! Didn't have fresh onions, so I used dried minced onions, and substituted Sriracha for the paste. I purchased a whole loaf of french bread so I could cut the slices thick. Can't wait to make this again!

The Best Meatloaf I've Ever Made

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2014
I made this last night and OMG!! So good! I used Italian bread crumbs as some other reviewers did (instead of the bread and crackers), but that's the only change I made. I typically make meat loaf with ground turkey, just to stay away from red meat, but I went ahead and used ground beef this first time. WE will be having the leftovers tonight, and this will be a frequent dish. Thanks sillyliltracy, for this recipe!!

Eggs Benedict Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
Made this for our Christmas brunch, along with another casserole recipe from this site. Really wasn't very impressed....tasted OK. I think if I would make it again, I would use several more eggs. It just didn't puff up like I would have liked.

Aimee's Mashed Cauliflower 'Potatoes'

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2013
In trying to eat healthy, I tried this for my husband and I. We love cauliflower, and this is fantastic!! I cut up a whole cauliflower, steamed it in the microwave, and followed the rest of the directions. Did not feel the need to use anything on them, other than a spritz of butter spray. The taste is exceptional, and will be making this again and again!! OOPS, forgot to say I didn't use the cheese at the end. Again, didn't need it!!

Doubled this recipe and made it for Christmas. Used Old Bay instead of tarragon per other reviews, and also rolled in bread crumbs and grated parmesean cheese. Used remoulade sauce on the side. Very easy and VERY good!!!

Made this for a football tailgate and got lots of compliments!!I also used a dozen eggs and 1 lb. turkey sausage. Also just 8 oz of cheese. It came out wonderful!! Didn't have a pastry blender, so I just used a fork, and it worked just fine.

Dorothy Lynch® Style Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2012
What a great dressing! I found it when I was looking at the Chicken Fiesta Salad reviews, and another reviewer mentioned this dressing. I am not a tomato soup fan AT ALL, so I was leary. I tasted it right after I made it, and still wasn't sure, but after letting it sit and blend the flavors, I was so happy!! I just finished making it for the second time, this time, I put everything in my Magic Bullet. Used only 1/2-3/4 cup oil, and about 1/2 the sugar. We actually use it on all salads for a different flavor. So good! Thanks!!

Black Beans, Corn, and Yellow Rice

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
This is great!! Made it last night- added 1 small can diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained), chicken, and made burritos! I must admit, I sampled it while the chicken was cooking- couldn't get enough!!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2012
Another vote for a 5 star recipe!! I took the advice from a couple of other reviews and mixed all the chiles in the Magic Bullet, and used 1-2 T. Also, cooked them on the George Foreman grill. They were so good! Not dry at all! If you are trying to stay away from red meat (like we are), definately make these!

Made this to go with chili. Used a little less sugar (maybe 1/4 cup), and baked them as muffins. Baked for 35 mins at 375.

Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2011
This was so good!! I halved the recipe, and mine was not watery at all!! Very thick!! After reading other reviews, I was a little nervous that it would be too salty, so used no bouillon cubes, but chicken stock instead. Didn't measure, but used maybe 1/2-2/3 cup. Used a little less celery salt, and garlic powder instead of garlic salt. All in all, a great and easy recipe. Thanks to GourmetSoy!!

Black Bean and Couscous Salad

A big 5 star review for this recipe!! I made it last weekend, doubled the dressing, and kept everything else as per the recipe. Delish!!! Husband raved about it, so much that I will be making it again this weekend! Will include some fresh jalapeno this time!!

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
These were great!! I used some vacuum sealed smoked salmon we had purchased while in Alaska, so it added a little smokey taste as well. I made 4 patties for the 2 of us- the first night we had them on buns, and the second night we put them in a big salad. Very, very tasty, and will definately make them again!!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
This recipe is great!!! I didn't brown the meat- just threw everything into the good old crock pot, and let it rip!!! I think I added too much water, but it didn't hamper the flavor at all! Next time, I will try it with chicken!
