Hearty Ham Loaves

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2008
This ham loaf was winner at our house. I don't care for it but I loved it. I did add at a little milk because I think I had a little more ham than the recipe called for. I will make this one again.

General Tsao's Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
Very tasty! I used the suggestion of others and doubled the sauce but cut down on the amount of cornstarch and only used a 1/4 cup for the doubled recipe. I did add a little water when thicken it because I thought that I had it too thick.

Fudge Brownies II

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
This recipe is basicly the same my mom has used for years and a family favorite but you are right there are a few things missing I would think. Our recipe has 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt. And it calls for a 16 oz can of chocolate syrup. Which measure out to be 1 1/2 cups of syrup not 2 cups like you would think 16oz would be. And we bake it in a 9 X 13 pan for 25 mins until it comes out clean on a toothpick. Hope you try it with my suggestions this recipe is cakey but good!

The salad was wonderful! Super easy to make. I just served it with Cool Whip. The true test was that my picky teenager loved.

Pumpkin Squares

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2005
Everyone loved these pumpkins squares! After reading the reviews prior to making them I decided to bake mine in a 11 x 16 cookie sheet. Because the other review stated that they were thick and more like having a piece of cake and I needed something that made a lot and was more like a "bar". I decreased the baking time to 20 minutes and they turned out perfect. Thanks again for the great recipe!
