Deviled Eggs
SO salty! I followed the recipe to a "T" and did not change anything - way too salty. We had to add more mayo & sugar to cut the saltiness. I did not care for this.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
AMAZING! I originally searched the ingredients I had b/c I needed to clean out the pantry. I didn't have maraschino cherries but everything else combined amazingly! Definitely NOT on my diet but I can definitely see ways to make it more figure friendly in the future (egg whites, applesauce, etc) Thank you for sharing such a great recipe - it's a hit!

Guacamole
Take 2 - MUCH BETTER! OK the first time I did this, I threw the onion, tomato, cilantro & garlic in the food processor - BIG MISTAKE! Do NOT do this! It was horrible guacamole! It was more salsa than guacamole! So the 2nd time I made it I used around 1/2 cup of onion that I chopped myself, and 2 small tomatoes that I chopped myself. Mixed together with minced garlic & Cilantro & set aside. I then mashed up the 3 Avocados, and chopped up 1/2 of one so it was nice and chunky. Added in the onion/tomato mixture with the Lime Juice. PERFECTION! Oh and to keep from browning - we've learned that leaving the seed of 1 avocado pressed into the top of the guacamole & then covering it somehow keeps it from browning! Not sure why but whatever works!! Try this recipe, you won't be disappointed - just don't throw it in the food processor! Thanks for sharing - I will make from here on out!!
