About this Cook
Well, i'm 17 years old and i cook either when i'm really bored or if it's a holiday or something. But none-the-less i enjoy cooking.
My favorite things to cook
anything. or chinese.. i love chinese food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
well... since my family is from Louisiana we make alot of cajun food like gumbo and red beans and rice.
My cooking triumphs
my mom taught me how to make the best key lime cake.
My cooking tragedies
one night me and my step-brother were really bored and we decided to cook something. Basically all we had in the kitchen was brown sugar, milk, and eggs. I found some recipe for brown sugar pudding on this website and let me tell you... it was just a literal disaster. It was not even edible. lol. a fun experience though.

Peanut Butter Quesadillas
I was craving peanut butter and these just hit the spot. They get crispy on the outside and the inside is nice and soft. I also used honey instead of jelly dipping sauce.

Swedish Tea Cookies
overall the cookies were okay. The frosting was really good but the cookie just had a really weird texture. It didn't have much flavor either so i added some almond extract. Good, but bland.
