I am a stay at home mom of 4 who loves to cook and make awesome birthday cakes for my children and family. Just about anything Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinners, thats when all the cooking I learned growing up comes out without the need of recipes. Making new dishes that tatse out of this world without burning down the kitchen! And learning to make fonadant that doesnt taste like plaster board and creating cakes that I never thought I would be able to do. Setting the oven on fire while making monkey bread, setting the stove top on fire while making pork chops...sensing a theme lol. I have learned if I am having an off day STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN and go out to eat!
