Great recipe!! Instead of the carrots I just used some canned mixed veggies and added more beef broth than called for because I wanted a thinner meat mixture. MMM....

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I'd give this 10 stars if I could. Just used a cheap ole hunk of pork and cooked all day..used brown sugar bbq sauce from Kraft and it was awesome!

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

not your typical chili but very good nonetheless. Instead of 3 cans of beans I used two large cans of 6 bean blend and omitted the celery because I forgot to pick it up. I cooked mine on high for 3 hours and would have done more but I ran out of time.

Amish Macaroni Salad

I usually omit the celery as we don't like it raw but it's still a great salad! Makes a huge amount so it's great to take to a potluck or whatever.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This was awesome!! not too much chocolate at all :) I made this for a going away at work and everyone loved it! I made it with the Reese peanut butter chips, fudge cake, and put a peanut butter glaze over the top. YUMMY!
