Japanese Tamago Egg

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2012
Good stuff. I personally feel that wrapping the slices with nori (seaweed used for onigiri) makes it taste better.

Good. But it needs to be sweeter. Will try adding some honey next time.

Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2005
The only fault I found with this cheese cake was the raspberries. So we ate around the them. But the rest of it was Soooo good! I'm making it today without raspberries for thanksgiving. May just use a raspberry or strawberry topping.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2005
My husband liked it. I thought it was just okay. Tastes like spaghetti to me. Maybe next time I'll try a homemade sauce or just a different one. I think it has potential

My husband loved it. I thought it was pretty good. Will make again. I used half cream of mushroom and half cream of chicken, instead.

Adobo Sirloin

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2005
It wasn't my favorite. I made these as fajitas. Fried it in 2 tablespoons of corn oil. The texture was great, though. I only used a little bit of adobo sauce and it was still overpowering. Next time I think I'll just use my own mix of marinade. Cut out the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.

Great! Just like I used to have them when I was a teenager. Just couldn't remember what went in it until I found this recipe. Thanks!

Grilled Fish Steaks

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2005
My husband prepared this while I was at work, The only adjustments we made was that we baked it since we don't have a grill. We baked it at 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. I'm not a fish lover either but this was great!

Caldo De Res (Beef Soup)

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2005
I haven't had this soup since I was a little girl. I made it and it was delicious! Just don't forget the lime! It's a very important ingredient. I didn't use the exact meat it called for. I actually used 2 lbs of beef meat chopped and it was delicious. Husband loved it! I also took the advice someone else gave-let the meat boil some before you add the rest of the vegetables. And I also didn't measure it exactly as the recipe says.
