Beth's Scalloped Cabbage

Good basic recipe though I recommend the following changes in order to make it come out DELICOUS. Use real cheddar cheese instead of american cheese. Use toasted bread crumbs instead of ritz crackers. The crackers were mushy. Using these changes, the cabbage was delicious, a great recipe.

Cabbage Au Gratin

I liked it, but mainly because I used some delicious cabbage. The cheese was kinda runny and the overall appearance and texture was not appealing. It did not keep well in the fridge.

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

I loved this pie. It came out perfect, no runniness or pulling away like the other recipes described. I did use all natural/organic ingredients (such as Florida Crystals) so maybe that explains it.

Best Oatmeal Cookies

I've tried this recipe twice and both times the cookies just crumbled and fell apart. They taste good, but are very chewy and sticky and they just don't stay together. There's no substance to hold them together and they just crumble apart.

Banana Banana Bread

This is the best banana bread I've ever had. It is very moist and flavorful. It smells wonderful baking. The crust comes out so chewy and delicious that I have to keep people from picking it off and eating it! I use Florida Crystals instead of sugar and use all organic ingredients. Everyone loves my banana bread and I make it from this recipe.

Spelt Bread I

Very flavorful chewy bread. I used honey instead of white sugar which could account for why it didn't rise the second time as well as I would have liked, but it still came out very good.
