Chocolate Brittle Surprise
this is easy and really good! in case it helps - for step 3 (when you're microwaving and mixing), make sure after the last 30 seconds in microwave that you REALLY mix. it may seem like the butter and sugar don't want to mix up, but they will, just make sure to keep at it til you get an even, smooth consistency. Also - when putting foil on your cookie tray, try to create 'walls' at the sides... my brittle bubbled over and made a bit of a mess of the oven. I used salted soda crackers and will only make it this way - a hint of salt with all that sugar and chocolate tastes fantastic!

Sour Cream Banana Bread
this recipe is moist and delicious and easy to make. i made it exactly to the recipe, turned out great. i had to put it back in the oven after an hour and fifteen minutes, as it wasn't quite done. and i forgot to rotate it halfway through baking time. the only problem i had was the bottom crust got a little burnt, i think maybe because the rack was too low in the oven. will try it one rack up next time. i'll make this again for sure.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken
delicious and very quick and easy. i made it with (skin-on) drumsticks that'd been frozen that i defrosted that am i used 1/2 c regular honey with 1/4c french's (yellow) and 1/4c grainy dijon mustard. following other suggestions, used just a dash of parika - smoked paprika as that's what i had on hand. tented with foil to bake for first 30 mins, removed foil when i turned the drumsticks over, then removed foil cover to bake for final 15 mins. also, marinated the drummies in the honey/mustard in a ziploc bag (refrigerated) for about 2 hours before baking. it's an easy dish, the house smalls great when it bakes up served with rice and fresh salad, yummy, simple, and healthy
