Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2013
I love this recipe! Everyone that has ever tried them loves them too! I did cut the flour down to 4 cups. I bake them at 415 degrees F for 8 minutes and brush them with butter after they come out of the oven. Yummy!

Bourbon Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2013
I think this recipe has potential to be really good, but the measurements of ingredients really need to be adjusted for that to happen. I thought the bourbon was overwhelming, I would use no more than 1/4 c. (and I think that's probably too much.) I would also cut the soy sauce down to 2 oz. and add an extra 1/4 c. of brown sugar. Not sure if I'll try this again even with tweaking the recipe.

Easy Lemon Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
These cookies are ok. They definitely aren't as exceptional as the rating and reviews lead me to believe. The lemon flavor seems a little artificial to me, as another reviewer said - kind of like fruit loops. Also, they are very soft cookies and I had to cook them longer than the recipe stated, about 11 mins. They are easy to make, but I probably won't make them again.

These were really good! So good even my 4 year old loved them (and she's picky!), she even ate some of the celery and onions!

Honey-Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
This chicken was soooo good. My husband and I loved it. I followed another person's suggestion and added corn starch at the end to thicken the sauce. I served it with rice. Next time I'll serve it with stir fry veggies as well. The chicken is sweet and moist! Probably the best recipe I've gotten from the site!
