Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2006
I found this recipe in a bind. I was trying to make stuffed cabbage and none of my cabbbage leaves were coming off whole! So I took all of the ingredients and made this instead! Delicious, and sooo much easier! I added diced tomatoes and spices, and some grated parm to my own serving. Great weeknight dinner.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2006
I'm in LOVE! This is the first time I've ever made banana bread and it was better than any banana bread I've EVER tried! I stuck to the recipe exactly except for adding chocolate chips. I was a little short on bananas and it was still moist and delicious! I'll make this forever!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2006
Once again, the Allrecipes reviewers gave me an excellent meal! I followed a mix of suggestions from all of you. 1. I boiled the chicken in chicken broth and seasonings to taste. 2. I added 3/4 cup milk, 1 heaping tbsp sour cream and a little extra cheese. 3. I used Italian breadcrumbs on top instead of stuffing mix. 4. I poured 2/3 cup of the chicken broth on top after it came out of the oven so the top would be moist. This was soooo delicious and fairly simple to prepare!

Candied Salmon

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2006
When I first found this recipe a while back I used it every time I prepared salmon. Lately I use it less, (I missed the hollandaise sauce!) but it's still a great variation!

The whole family really enjoyed this recipe! We don't eat red meat, so I made this with ground turkey. Delicious!

Deb's Scallops Florentine

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
Absolutely mouthwatering! I made some adjustments. Didn't use Old Bay or bread crumbs, and didn't boil the scallops first. Just incredible!

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2006
Delicious! I've made this with the mozzarella and another time with shredded parmesan. I also add more pesto sauce on top of the rolls, so they don't dry out. I've been making this over and over ever since I discovered it!

I've tried many recipes for scallops, this one is the best! Didn't have roma tomatoes on hand, so I added a can of diced tomatoes. Will make this one again and again!!

Cooking Light magazine's Chicken Parmesan

This recipe turned out perfect!! I too baked the breasts, and skipped the frying. I also added the sauce and cheese in the last 5 minutes. My first time attempting chicken parm and hubby and I were VERY pleased! No leftovers!

Easy Chicken Curry

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
All you need to make this recipe PERFECT is a can of chicken broth! By adding the broth and a little extra onion, this recipe came out almost identical to my friends curried chicken and she's from Jamaica!! Also, curry powders vary, so only add as much powder as tastes good to you! This was soooo good, I had no leftovers!
