Lemon Butter Chicken

This is a great, EASY recipe! I love that it uses ingredients I always have on hand. I served it with angel hair pasta and saute'd broccoli. yummy!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

This is a great recipe! My husband and daughter loved it! I would probably put it in a smaller pan next time. I used italian seasoning instead of basil and didn't include the parsley. I'll definately make it again.

Banana Oat Muffins

I did the recipe exactly as specified and it was really good. I'll probably decrease the oats and add a little brown sugar with cinnamon next time. Really yummy!
