Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

I made these for Thanksgiving dinner (I tripled the amount) and they were amazing! The leftovers made fantastic potato pancakes the next day for brunch. Thank you for this recipe!

I just made this pizza for my pizza "snob" boyfriend and boy howdy was he impressed! He said it was better than the brick oven pizza place, which is high praise indeed. Thank you for the great idea. I only made one change and that was one of the pizzas I only topped it with pepperoni as that is all he will eat on it. I will be making this on a regular basis and it is sooooo much better than just cooking it on a stone.

All Day Apple Butter

I have now made two batches of this recipe and it is wonderful! The second batch took every bit of sugar called for, as I used MacIntosh apples (very tart). I gave out samples at work and now have people begging me to sell them some - lol. This is definately a keeper because I live in Maine and have lots of apples that I want to preserve. Thanks for the wonderful idea of cooking in the crock pot.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I have made these several times and they are wonderful. Last time I made them for the guys I work with and several wanted the recipe so they could take it home - and by the way a triple batch lasted all of 2 minutes. These are great with or without the topping but why would you want to deprive yourself of that wonderful flavor? Thanks for a great recipe.

Blackberry and Blueberry Pie

This pie was a wonderful use for the last of the blueberries and blackberries I picked this summer. I didn't change a thing except I used a Pillsbury pie crust. Excellent! I can't wait to use fresh berries this summer.

All American Roast Beef

I made a roast per this recipe last night and it turned out perfect! The only thing I changed was adding a cup of water to the pan. Thank you Cindy for a wonderful way to make roast beef. My boyfriend can't wait to dive into the leftovers for sandwiches.
