Fabulous Wet Burritos

I only used a 1/2 can of refried beans and subbed Turkey chili for regular chili for the topping - I didn't care so much for the sauce on top but overall I thought this was a good recipe and would make again.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo

This was good but VERY rich...followed the recipe exactly as written but only used 2 chx breasts as I was only cooking for 2 - ended up with a lot of sauce leftover...obviously...next time I will use all 4 breasts...

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

LOVED this and so did my 6 year old! Used mozz in place of the american cheese and used 2 cups of macaroni - I think I could have used a little more pasta as there was quite a bit of sauce left in my bowl but none the less - YUMMY - will definitely make again!

Baked Spaghetti

GOOD! I really enjoyed this and so did my family - the only alterations I made was to use 1 egg and 2 Tbsp of butter - I just didn't think 5 Tbsp was necessary and it still turned out fine. Will definitely make this again - thanks for a great recipe!

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Really a great chili with a good kick to it - but beware that it makes a TON! I omitted the kidney beans but next time I will omit the garbanzos. I also left out the corn and used only 1 bag of the crumbles - still is great and will be a keeper!

Fantastic!! Used sour cream instead of the mayo, but that was the only change...I could not stop eating this - will definitely be making this again and again and again.

Parmesan Knots

AWESOME! Used butter instead of the oil and used French bread from the bakery that we had leftover from the previous nights dinner - just spread it on the bread, threw it in the oven and warmed it up - soooo yummy!

Spaghetti Squash I

First time EVER eating spaghetti squash and I LOVED this recipe! so super easy and such great flavor! This is a definite keeper - goes great with the Parmesan Knots on this site.

Turkey Bolognese Sauce

For as long as this took to make, I really expected something outstanding. It was just ok for me - but I had it for leftovers the next day and it tasted better. So I think this is one that has to sit for the flavors to really come out. I still won't make it again though -

Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Followed the recipe exactly and used lemon extract - I personally didn't really care for this - way too strong of a lemon flavor - I'm going back to my old recipe that uses yellow cake mix instead...way better.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

I really enjoyed this - used Velveeta light and Fresh broccoli, and I didn't use the whole 2/3 cup of cornstarch...I didn't have any problems with it being too thick - It makes a lot so I won't be making it again anytime soon, but definitely will keep it for the future.

Allana's Excellent Potato Soup

This was really great - followed recipe exactly except excluded the ham and added turkey bacon instead, took some of the potatoes when it was done and mashed them, then added them back in -a nice mix of chunk and smooth...super yummy will definitely make this again!
