Married mom of one son. I work full time, and I only have a galley kitchen, so I don't have the time or space to make a traditional meal.

At picnics, everybody wants me to bring my deviled eggs. I did find a baked pineapple recipe on here that everybody loves.
My cooking tragedies
Too many to list! I get bored VERY easily and tend to turn the oven/stove on and walk away.

Baked Tofu Bites
Great recipe. I read the other reviews before I made it and I decided to omit the liquid smoke. I'm glad I did because it was great without it. I will definitely make this again! Thank you!

Easy Mexican Rice
Delicious! I did make some changes though. I did not use lettuce at all. Since I did not have tomato sauce, I used spaghetti sauce that had chunks of veggies. Because of that, I eliminated the canned tomatoes. I also took the advice of other reviewers and cut the water down, using only 1 cup of water. I also cooked the rice with everything else. I just dumped everything into a pan and cooked it all together. It couldn't be easier! Great recipe!

Best Bread Machine Bread
WOW!! This is the BEST bread machine recipe I have ever used! The only thing I changed was I used Splenda instead of sugar due to special dietary needs. I put it on the medium setting and the crust did turn out a little light so next time I'll put it on the dark setting. Still, the crust is flaky and has a nice crunch. The inside is incredibly soft. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe! I will definitely be using this again!!
