Pizza Dough II
Very good dough. I added a little onion and garlic powder, and used 1 1/2 cups of whole flour and 3 1/2cup regular. I prebaked the dough for about 5 min before adding toppings. It came out nice and crisp on the outside and soft and chewy inside. I will be using this dough again.

Portobello Mushroom, Fresh Peppers and Goat Cheese Pizza
Wonderful!!! Very yummy. I used homemade whole wheat dough, which went well with this rustic style pizza. I did two thing differently. I add caramelized red onions after the garlic and I used herb flavored goat cheese. I'll definitely be making this again.

Capers and Halibut
What a great dish. My family loved it and thought it so much harder to prepare then it was. I'll keep this one in the rotation, and keep to myself how easy it is to make.
