Eggs Benedict Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
I didn't do it overnight but loved the idea of Eggs Benedict Casserole. Followed the recipe and yumm!! Next time I will tear up all the Canadian Bacon and mix with the English Muffins. The bottom layer got a little tough. Also added some asparagus. Thanks for a good one!!! Delish on Xmas morning!

Herb and Garlic Roast Tenderloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2013
I liked the flavor and the idea of cooking in the oven... but the temp was way off at 350 - after 30 mins the 1.4lb roast was nowhere close to done. I upped it to 425 for 10 mins and it came out fine. Let it rest and then it was an awesome meal....

Easy Streusel Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2013
Very good. Made 2 - one with blue berries, which didn't turn out that well. The frozen ones I bought were HUGE. Kinda clumped up on bottom of the pan.. Not the recipes fault, but FYI. The second one I used the hot choc mix for streusel - VERY good. And turned out moist and wonderful.

Pork Chops with Delicious Gravy

Reviewed: May 24, 2007
I had high hopes but it didn't turn out well at all. The gravy was not appealing or good tasting and I won't make it again.

Chocolate Banana Cake

Reviewed: May 24, 2007
This turned out GREAT!!!! I used a chocolate fudge cake mix, 3 bananas and added some walnuts and actually whipped the batter and made cupcakes. They came out plenty moist and very light with a wonderful banana flavor. One of my new favorites!!!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2006
I really liked this recipe. In the tradition of the creative cooks on allrecipes I did modify it some. I used refried beans and spread them on the tortilla and then added the chicken, salsa, cream cheese mixture and topped with cheese and rolled it. I used the enchilada sauce idea mentioned earlier on the bottom of the pan and over the tortillas. I had some leftover taco meat and did the same process except used just the cream cheese/salsa mixture on top of that and the refried beans and my husband LOVED IT! We had mexican rice and it was an easy and tasted wonderful. Thanks for the starting point!!!

Cola Pot Roast I

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2006
I am not a big pot roast fan but my husband is.....so I continually look for a pot roast recipe that tastes good to me. And I'm glad to say - I FOUND IT! This was a really good and different recipe. I used the crock pot and followed the recipe except for adding about a cup of homemade spagetti sauce I had on hand. It was such a great change from the normal recipes for pot roast. It's a keeper!! Thanks for sharing!!

Pot Roast in Foil

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2005
I did do this recipe in the crock pot because of my work schedule - but wasn't really that impressed with the flavors. My husband "the pot roast lover" had good things to say but it left me blah... I may try it again per the instructions.

Asparagus Wrap

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2005
I really liked the taste combination on this recipe. I agree with the additional baking time and pre-cutting while frozen - that made it much easier. I do think I am going to chop the asparagus to add a little more of that flavor. But overall yummy and am looking forward to serving it over the holidays! Thanks!! p.s. I did try the chopped asparagus and LOVED it and so did my company over the holidays. Thx again!

Lime Chicken Picante

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
I thought this sounded really good but was disappointed overall. The sauce with the salsa and mustard was kind of gross looking and tasted just ok. Not one I will repeat.
