I am a Spanish teacher at a public high school. I have a wonderful and loving husband, and a great dog. My favorite things to cook are desserts! Also, pretty much anything that I feel like eating. My family is Italian, and one thing we always make around Christmas is homemade ravioli. It is definitely my favorite cooking tradition. Also, it is not a party in my family without a 10 course meal. Regardless of what is being celebrated, there must be food there! I am well known for my awesome chocholate chip cookies. Chocolate no-bakes! I just can't get them right!
