Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

Made these for the maintenance team at work. They RAVED for days that they were the best oatmeal raisin cookies they had ever had. I was sworn to not repeat that to their wives. :) Great recipe.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Had this at a company potluck and it was fantastic! I rarely taste chili than I like as well or better than my own, but this is it! The veggie burger crumbles are a great fake out, and you really cannot tell the difference. Very nice spice and flavor, can't wait to make it at home.

Cranberry Orange Relish with Orange Flavored Liqueur

I have turned my die-hard cranberry out of a can loving brother with this recipe. Have previously made cranberry orange relish, but tried adding the orange liquer just this year. Wonderful!

Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake

Use lemon pudding rather than vanilla, and glaze with a mixture of lemon juice and powdered sugar to take this recipe to 5 stars. Have made this several times and am asked for the recipe repeatedly.

Awesome Broccoli Casserole
