Wow - these are great! I mixed 2 tablespoons of stone ground mustard into the brown sugar & made a paste that I formed around the smokie. Will be making these for super bowl party!

I tried this recipe because the cupboard was bare & I had all the ingredients. I have made it at least 6 times already - sometimes I add onions & bell peppers if I have them. Easy sweet & sour serve with some rice.

Made this in the bread machine - and it turned out great. I did warm the milk slighty and brought the eggs to room temp. I've been searching for a "normal" gluten'free bread that tastes good for my 13 year old to take for school lunches.

Wow! loved this crust. I usually make Jay's sig. crust (found on this site), but didn't have time tonight. This turned out so soft and browned nicely - even though my Daughter way overloaded the toppings. I followed the directions exactly, the only thing I was confused about was the mixing time of the dough. I did about 3 min in the Kitchen Aid Mixer with the dough hook, then let it rest for 5 min on top of the warm stove. This one has moved to the front of my recipe box.

I made this for my daughter's birthday, and it was a complete sucess! I used the waterbath for the first time - having cracked every other cheesecake I have tried - and it worked wonderfully. I also held out 2 cups of batter and mixed in 1/4 cup baking cocoa. Then dropped the chocolated batter in spoonfulls and swirled it with a knife. About an hour before serving I drizzled melted chocolate over the top (as well as the glass cake plate before putting the cheesecake on) then rimmed the edge with chocolate dipped strawberries. Wow it looked just like a professional one! It is so cool when something turns out that great on the first try!

This turned out great! It took way longer than 5 minutes to get to boil in the first step - I was afraid to turn it up too much though. MAKE sure you stir constantly during the 2nd step and take it off before any boiling is detected. Everyone at the Christmas party loved it! Don't think about your arteries or thighs though!

Wow this was great! Everyone loved it. I would recomend sharing though - it makes a LARGE batch, way too much for our gathering of 12. After reading other reviews I will try the 1 lb of butter instead of 1 cup - maybe it will blend better with the sugar and not be so lumpy. Not for one on a diet!

This made a great gift for the neighbors! I split the six cups of mix this made and got 2 gifts out of each bacth. I also used orange flavored dried cranberries (I couldn't find currants), 4 of the 8 neighbors I gave it to called within the week to say how good it was.

Great recipe! I didn't have enough peas so I put in 1/2 C celery and 1/4 C diced onion. It was the hit of the potluck.

I've made this 4 or 5 times now and each time it has been wonderful. The sour cream sauce is really good, once I used dry dill and it worked ok, but not as good as fresh. Use savoy cabbage though, regular cabbage is harder to work with.

Thhis is a simple but great pie! I took it to a BBQ and had 5 requests for the recipe.

This cake was very moist. I didn't have enough sourcream so I used half sourcream and half vanilla yogurt. Next time I won't use all the brown sugar/cin/ginger mixture in between layers. It overpowered the light pear taste.
