Curried Coconut Chicken
Fantastic recipe!!!! It was creamy and delicious. I did have to add cornstarch to thicken the sauce but next time I will try simmering without the lid and hope that will do the trick. I made it exactly as directed otherwise.

Egg Salad Sandwiches
I thought this recipe was ok. I think the dill threw it off for me. I don't think I would make it again.

Raspberry Trifle
Made this for a small dinner party and wasn't too impressed with the flavor. The kids at the party were oohing and ahhing when they saw it but just moved it around the plate instead of actually eating it. Wouldn't make it again.
