Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2014
These were pretty good and very rich! My family is gluten free so these were great for us. I used half white sugar and half brown sugar. The dough was much thicker than what they showed in the movie. My daughter was able to roll them. We squished then down with a fork and their shape didn't change at all in the oven. I cooked them according to the recipe but because of the thickness I should have added more time in the oven. Also they were very crumbly but no one in my family complained as they gobbled them up! haha

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2014
I LOVED these potatoes!!! My mom said they could use some more salt but I thought they were great. I did not have a bag so I put all the ingredients in a bowl swirled them around and poured them onto a cookie sheet. Also I cut the potatoes into smaller pieces rather than just halved.

Turkey Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2014
My family thought this was very good and sucked it down. I thought the sauce was a little too sweet. If I make this recipe again I will only use half the brown sugar it calls for. Also if you make this be prepared for a sink full of dirty dishes! I used SO many dishes to make this!

Fideo (Mexican Spaghetti)

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
Tried this twice. Both times we didn't think it was that great. Next time we are gonna add a packet of taco seasoning to give it more of a mexican flare.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2011
So good and fluffy and very filling. I made my pancakes bigger then the 1/4 a cup about a 1/2 cup or so and my family (one of which was a 16 year old boy) could only eat one pancake a piece.

Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I really liked the bottom layer but thought the top had too many spices. Next time I think I will just double the bottom and add a cherry topping.

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
For some reason it come out very bland and gooey for me. I had to add a BUNCH of spices and then transfered it into a pot and cooked it on low in the oven forever. But my family liked it so thats all that matters.

Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2006
This recipe was good but there was WAY to much spinach! Next time I will use half the amount of spinach and it was almost like it was missing something in tase but I think that might have had something to do with the over powering taste of spinach. Also when cooking sausage make sure that it is finely crumbled. If its clumps get too big its hard to stuff.

Very good! omitted the nuts and doubles the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Tasted like a cross between banana bread and a cinnamon roll.

Pizza was very good except for the cilantro. I couldnt find the cheese so I used an italian mix. Next time I will just use mozz. Also leave about an inch for the crust. I only left a little bit and the sauce spilled over the edge and burnd on the pan. Will make again!!!
