I have this chicken and rice dish that I love. I just bought a slow cooker and it has been fun to play around with that.

Fideo (Mexican Spaghetti)
Tried this twice. Both times we didn't think it was that great. Next time we are gonna add a packet of taco seasoning to give it more of a mexican flare.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
So good and fluffy and very filling. I made my pancakes bigger then the 1/4 a cup about a 1/2 cup or so and my family (one of which was a 16 year old boy) could only eat one pancake a piece.

Double Layer Pumpkin Pie
I really liked the bottom layer but thought the top had too many spices. Next time I think I will just double the bottom and add a cherry topping.
