Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Used Italian hot sausage, as I couldn't find Italian turkey sausage, also added asparagus, as I had it on hand. Loved the recipe. Would probably cut up the basil next time and add it at the last minute.

Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken

Oven-Roasted Vegetables

After chopping the vegetables, I added to a small plastic bag and added the salt, pepper and oil to mix around in the bag prior to placing in a casserole dish. Thought it was excellent.

Chicken Piccata II

Took other reviewer's advise and double dipped the chicken. Sauted mushrooms in a little olive oil and set aside. Added extra chicken broth and a little white wine. Used lower salt chicken broth in place of chicken grandules. Added the muchrooms and the sauce from the chicken on top of white rice and mixed it in. Loved the recipe as did my guests. Also served the roasted vegetables from this site and a chopped salad.

Mushroom in the Middle Meatloaf

This was excellent, I probably used more ground beef than it called for so I cooked it longer. It was my favorite meatloaf recipe and have shared it with coworkers. Would even make this for a dinner party!
