Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting

Good thing there is a healthier option than Crisco which is non-hydrogenated organic palm shortening in the health food section of some grocery stores. Now the frosting is fantastic!

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

These muffins are great! Just follow the directions:) So far this is the best recipe I've found. Just one thing to add. When making the struesel put a little vanilla in it and it will be even more amazing. Family and friends love it. Remember to put lots of love or it won't taste as good.

Garlic Chicken

This smelled really good while cooking but it was not the best chicken I've ever tasted. I think the chicken was a little dull tasting and needed more spices to zest it up... maybe some salt, pepper, and paprika? Thanks for sharing though!!!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Wow! I have gone to many expensive italian restaurants and my mom and I think that this is the best fettucine that we have ever had before! Thanks for sharing this:) You really do have to add the cream cheese a little bit at a time and only add about half of the garlic that is called for.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

I added real onions and some seasoned salt along with everything. THIS IS MY FAVORITE! I cook the onions until they are see-through and then I add them at the end of my cooking time when the chicken is brown. Serve with rice. YUM! I think I've cooked this several times already. A favorite for lunch or dinner:)

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I usually bake this at about 370 degrees or so until its not pink anymore inside. I put mushrooms on top of the chicken and put some parsley on top of the mushrooms. Looks and tastes a lot like it's from an expensive restaurant. That's what my mom said anyway.

Famous Butter Chicken

My family loved this! I used a lot less butter than what was called for. I melted the butter and poured it over the chicken. I cooked the chicken for 45 min. instead of just 40min. so it was a little crispy brown on the top.

T's Easy Chicken

I thought that this recipe was great! I took some of the other reviewers additions to the recipe like parsley, garlic salt and added some of my own. I added basil and black pepper to taste. Then I cut up fresh cherry tomatoes that I put around the chicken on a plate. Tasty and looks appetizing too. I also only cooked the onions until they were tender and then I added them at the end until slightly brown. I also added the tomatoes at the end so the chicken could cook longer. Nice and brown.
