Chicken Milano

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2014
This was delish! I am definitely keeping this recipe. I followed advice and dredged breast meat first to thicken the sauce. I would make double sauce next time to cover the meat and pasta. Thanks for sharing.

This was a very nice recipe, pleasant change from normal turkey burgers. I took the advice of others and used 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs, used cranberry sauce in place of ketchup. And served them with cranberry mayo. Delish!!

Peanut Butter and Pumpkin Dog Treats

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
This is a fantastic recipe, the dogs went nuts over them. I added shredded apple instead of the water for flavor and moisture, as well as the addition of small amount of molasses as advised by another viewer. Made three batches so far for all my friends with canine buddies.

Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
Great recipe not to difficult but time consuming with the cooking process, but well worth it. I doubled the recipe and used my cast iron kettle in the oven. Inexpensive dish if you are using dried beans. Most items you would have on hand in your pantry.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
Great sugar cookie recipe, makes alot which is good for my family. We are having a birthday party so I made mine in circles and decorated like baseballs and stars. I used the sugar cookie icing ( JBS BOX)recipe found here had to triple it thoug to make enough to frost all of the cookies that this recipe makes. I followed the directions with the exception of using 1 c confectioners sugar and 1 c white sugar, and using confectioners sugar to roll them out in. Great soft tasty cookie.

This was the first time making this recipe and it was delicious and perfect. I did add 1-1 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the flour mixture and sprinkled chopped glazed walnuts over the cream cheese frosting. I took it to work and it was gone within hours. My husband who doesnt like banana bread said it smelt delicious and looked great, so I will have to make one for him soon.

Wonderfully sweet cornbread. I live in Texas for a while, never took a liking to cornbread. My children asked me to make cornbread for a BBQ. Found this recipe, and now I will eat cornbread. Gets rave reviews wherever I bring it. Easy to make. A keeper.

This a superb recipe, i did add a little brown sugar to the ingredients, and scored the meat, marinated in for 24 hours and threw it on the grill. the meat was tender and tasted wonderful, everyone raved about it. I threw an extra one in the freezer with the marinate in a zip lock bag to have on hand. This is make it into me recipe binder.
