When we make these for ourselves, we omit the white chocolate topping, finding the cherry and chocolate to be just right. Also, we used dried cherries instead of candied cherries. We like a subtle sweetness.

Photography Notes: Doily on tray in kitchen by 'fridge. Used macro with a 2 second timer; also had setting for florescent rather than natural light. Added a white border in GIMP and reduced photo size, as well.
