Clark's Quiche

I meant to review this recipe about 5 months ago, and just noticed I never posted it. This was BY FAR THE BEST quiche I have ever had! I was hosting a brunch at my house for all of my family and wanted to try and make a quiche rather then to buy one. I have to be honest and say that I have never attempted to make a quiche in my life and the reviews I got made it look like I had been making it for YEARS! They all loved it and begged me for the recipe - they all said it was the very best they have had as well! The only thing I did different was I did not add any salt because the ham and bacon had enough in it. I also used a little more skim milk then the half and half (I did add the half and half though cuz I know despite the calories, it does really make it good!). I also added lots of chopped mushrooms cuz we love them. I was so scared to try and make this (let alone serve as one of the main dishes for my brunch) but I am so glad I did - it will for sure be the only recipe I use! Thanks so much Clark!!!!

Neat Sloppy Joes

This was a very BASIC version of sloppy joe - I took the advice of the last person who reviewed it and it was still very bland! I never eat sloppy joe from a can since I started making my own, but to be honest I think I would prefer the taste of the canned sloppy joe then this recipe. I tried to salvage it and added cumin, garlic, BBQ sauce, and even a few shakes of hot sauce, and even my KIDS said it was bland. I wanted to try something new, but I think in the future I will stick to my own recipe. sorry!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

we didnt like this one...it was pretty mushy and also pretty bland. The concept is good, but I would have to add A LOT to it to enhance it. sorry

Herbed and Spiced Roasted Beef Tenderloin

this was my first attempt with making a marinade and it turned out awesome! I hosted a dinner party and one of my guests is a chef! I had to make this good - and it turned out awesome! People are still talking about it - the only thing I changed was that I added lemon zest instead of orange zest. I also only chilled for 2-3 hours, so I can imagine how much better it would have been had I left it longer. It cant possibly get any better though thanks so much!
