Sweet And Sour Chicken Meatballs
This was so good! I was a little wary to cook ground meat in liquid, so I cooked the meatballs in the oven for about 10 minutes, then let them simmer for 30 in the liquid. They turned out perfect. I also had the same trouble as someone else with the rice - it definitely takes more than 5 minutes. I used brown instant rice and it took nearly 20 minutes. It took quite a while to cook everything, but it was well worth the wait!
