It seemed like the acid in the margarita mix "cooked" the chicken. It came out incredibly rubbery. The flavor also left something to be desired, fairly bland.

This was excellent. Got lots of compliments. I used low fat sour cream, low fat sweetned condensed milk and made my own crust with low fat graham crackers. Thank you for this recipe!

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

This recipe was ok, it turned out pretty bland and dry so I added a few things and served over egg noodles. I would suggest using more liquid or making a gravy for it. I also added some pepper flakes and a few other things to spice it up. The meat turned out very tender though.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

These are wonderful! I made some modifications based on others' recommendations. I ommitted the oil and just used milk and applesauce. I added pumpkin and ground flax seed. They stay moist and are delicious! Thank you for this recipe!!

Home Style Macaroni and Cheese

I thought the dijon really gave it an odd flavor. We ended up throwing this out. I like some of the other homemade mac and cheese recipes on the site, suggest trying those instead.

Best Ever Meatloaf I

This was great and I don't even like meatloaf. I followed another members suggestion and added brown sugar in the mixture as well as coated the bottom and top. It leaves a nice crusty coating on top and adds some sweetness. I also used 1 cup of tomato sauce instead of tomato juice, worked fine. Thank you for this recipe!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I have made these multiple times and love them! Like some other members I used brown sugar for the topping. I also use the full 1/3 cup oil and 1/3 cup milk. I bake for 18-19 mins. The thickness of the batter prevents the blueberries from sinking to the bottom. Best blueberry muffin recipe ever!

Tater Tot Casserole III

This is so easy and really good. I put the oven on broil at the end because I like the tater tots crispy. I have made this meal for two friends that are sick and have kids. Its a great meal for families with kids.

I took a reviewers suggestion and used 2c. white sugar and 1c. brown sugar. This was excellent, I brought a loaf to work and it disappeared in an hour.
