Springtime Spaghetti

This was awesome!! I sauteed the carrots a little before adding the zucchini. I didn't have any butter so I used olive oil instead. Will be making this again, and again.

This was so good! I made in mini bread loaf pans. It was really moist and great flavor. I bet it would be even better in a larger pan! My new favorite recipe

Best Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2010
So good and so easy. My grocery store didn't have cole slaw mix but shredding and carrots and cabbage, which I more chopped was a breeze. I sauteed the veggies a little before putting in the egg roll wrapper. I never used egg roll wrappers before, some one them I double on accident, didn't realize how think they were so they were not as cruchy but that the cookes error! Still great!

Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

delish! I didn't have green onions or the jalapeno's and just used regular cheddar and it was still great. My son love them. I'm sure they'd be even better with the other ingredients.

Champagne Punch III

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
This was AWESOME. I used a riesling and brute champange. Next time I might use a little less champange, it was strong. I garnished with the lemon and frozen raspberrys. It was beautful. Lots of recipes request and request to make it for the next function already.

Sweet Party Mix

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2006
Very tasty!! I used cripx cereal and added pretzels and peanuts instead of almonds. I didn't toast the peacans cause of time, but next time I will try it and I will probably put in almonds. It was very easy to make. I had to bring the left overs to work so I wouldn't eat all of it myself.
