Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2006
I thought this was pretty good. I liked the cruchy top, however i thought it was alittle sticky. I would make it again but this time I will try not baking it.

Sweet Party Mix

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2006
Very tasty!! I used cripx cereal and added pretzels and peanuts instead of almonds. I didn't toast the peacans cause of time, but next time I will try it and I will probably put in almonds. It was very easy to make. I had to bring the left overs to work so I wouldn't eat all of it myself.

I thought this was pretty good, but it wasn't mind blowing. Could probably use some more spices but I don't know what. Would make again though.

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2006
I have made these before. They are a good healthy cookie that I don't feel bad giving my kids. But they don't expand, and they don't brown much either. I have been asked if I baked them and you can tell they don't have sugar. On the other hand they are really moist.

Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2006
This is pretty good. I didn't relize I used fat free dressing until it was to late. I did add some ff. But it was still good. I used one pkg colby/cheddar cheese crubles and real bacon bits. I will probably cut down on the olives next time and maybe add something else, but overrall very good.

Champagne Punch III

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
This was AWESOME. I used a riesling and brute champange. Next time I might use a little less champange, it was strong. I garnished with the lemon and frozen raspberrys. It was beautful. Lots of recipes request and request to make it for the next function already.
