Black-Eyed Pea Soup

As the only southern in my home, I forgot to cut the recipe in half. Now I am glad I didn’t. The only thing I change is that I didn’t use ground beef. Who’d have thought that using bullion and molasses would make such a difference? Wow! Next time I will put in another 2 cups of water. The soup/essence is incredible!

Glazed Meatloaf I

The directions were easy to follow and the family loved it. It was the first time my son at my meatloaf without ketcup. This was a high honor. I family doesn't like a lot of onions so I think I will replace the onions with a little garlic and pepper next time to add some seasoning. The glaze can't be improved. It was the best part!
