Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken
I don't get all of the high marks for this. I followed the recipe, even cut back on the oils as suggested, and it came out a greasy mess. Also, it was dry and overcooked, but it was falling off the bone. I left it in there for 7 1/2 hours on low. Oh, I did add some quartered oranges in the cavity for an extra layer of flavor, and even that was lost in the blah. I was grossed out.

Dijon Chicken Salad
I admit, I was very skeptical at first. However, I would give it more stars if I could. My fiance is a chicken salad-aholic. He said it is the best he has ever had. I made it for a picnic tomorrow, and I hope there is enough left to take! I did use rotisserie chicken instead of canned, shredded in the food processor. Good stuff!

Orange Beef-Style Tofu Stir-Fry
This dish has no flavor. I tried to add more soy sauce, pepper, seasoning but nothing could save it. Thank goodness I only cooked it for myself!
