Italian Sausage Soup

Delicious! Didn't have beef stock, so I just doubled the stewed tomatoes, added 1 cup water. No leftovers!

Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake

Yummy!! This was a very delicious dessert, and using in-season plums and blueberries made it especially tasty. My only addition was @1 teasp cinnamon, which added to the already sweet dessert. Will definitely make this one again!

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

These fish tacos were great! I used Mahi-mahi and grilled the fillets after marinating. I cut back on the adobo sauce after reading previous reviews, and doubled the amount of sour cream. Dressing was still pretty spicy, but the tacos were a big hit! made these a second time with Tilapia over the 4th of July and this recipe is now a family favorite and often requested :-)!

Stuffed Green Peppers

Made this last night as an alternative to ground beef stuffed peppers. Delicious! Only changes I made was to use brown rice, and colby cheese since that what I had on hand.
