No Bake Cookies III

Great recipe...my husband loves these but I've never been able to make them. I made a batch today but had to boil a little over 2 minutes...I am waiting for him to get home and try them. I'm so excited!!!

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

I made this for a family get-togethers....I used minced garlic instead of powder...made buttermilk ranch dressing (using the packets)...used a package of real bacon bits...added cucumbers and olives...also substituted the grape tomatoes instead of chopping a tomato...wonderful, quick and easy!!!! Thank you for this wonderful dish!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was wonderful...substituted beef broth for the water and added carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in the last 3 hours and it turned out delicious...will definantly make again!!!

Beef Nacho Casserole

This was good but I have had better by far. There just didn't seem to be much flavor to it at all and I even added about a cup of Jalapenos to the meat. Hubby says its not a keeper sorry!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Oh my gosh this recipe is awesome. I made these for our grilled chicken kabobs and my husband raved about them. Fixed them exactly how the recipe calls for but the potatoes had to cook for about 1 hour before they were good and soft. Will for sure make these again soon. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This was the worse cookie recipe I have made. Had a lot of people over last night and attempted to make these cookies my husband ate one bite before the guests arrived and said I think you better through these out they are nasty. Went exactly by the recipe and they tasted like really bad chocolate chip pancakes. They were flat and just plain gross. I will not make these ever again. A waste of time and money.

It's Chili by George!!

This Chili was wonderful. I added 2 cans diced tomatoes and omitted the tomatoe juice. I also added about 1 1/2 cups of jalapenos. Will certainly make again this winter. Topped with chedder cheese mmmmgood.

Pizza Pinwheels

These are great!! Made them up a few days earlier popped them in the oven served with marinara sauce. The only thing that I changed was I used cresent rolls with garlic. They were really great little snacks!!!!!

Chicken Enchiladas V

These are wonderful. I made a few changes 1)I boiled the chicken with salt, pepper and chili powder then shredded it. 2)I used 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of mushroom. 3) Added chopped jalapenos. 4)Added 1 can of mexican corn. 5)Added a little onion powder to soup mixture. Baked covered for 40 minutes and served with chips and salsa. Oh so good!!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This was great. Made it fot the Family get-together on 4th of July and I am getting calls from the family saying they will pay me if I will make them some more. The recipe doesn't make a lot so be sure and double or triple if you are making for a large crowd. The chips are Awesome. Making them alone make a great dessert.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This soup was great! I made everything like it called for, but I added a few things to it; 1 can of green beans, 2 carrots chopped, garlic powder, onion salt, and chedder cheese. I also double the ham and potatoes. Gave it to the in-laws and she called the next day wanting the recipe. Great for the cold wintery days.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

This cornbread was wonderful!! Followed the recipe to a "T" and everybody loved it. I will be making this all winter to go with soup and stew.
