Spinach Brownies
I was slightly disappointed with this. It sounded really great but it came out okay. I baked these for over an hour and they still were slightly soft and never came clean in the middle with a toothpick. Plus there was butter drenched on top. I suggest like others cutting the butter at least in half. Besides the baking I found it a little bland even with the modifications I made which included sautéing the onion in butter plus Portobello mushrooms and garlic. I also added ground red pepper, salt, black pepper and with all this it was okay. I really didn’t want to finish it.

Pork and Pepper Stir Fry
I dind't have pork loin so I used prok chops instead. I had no fresh ginger so I used 1 tsp. dried ginger. I too, could not find chili paste, and used hot garlic chili sauce. Flavor of meal was awesome. The sauce was a bit grainy though. Also I would add the peppers later than it advises because they become very soft and lose all their crispness.

Regular Crepes
I have made crepes before but not with butter. When I added the butter it created chunks of scrambled eggs in the batter. The batter was to thin so i had to add 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Crepes were okay but sticky
