Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2005
I loved this recipe. I added about 1/4 c onions and I cut down on the brown sugar, but other than that I follwed the recipe. Thanks for the great recipe.

I didn't really care for these. They were very cakey and I wouldn't make them again.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
This is a good and easy to make recipe. I used Reame's frozen noodles and they tasted great - had to simmer about 40 minutes. I served over mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again.

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2005
This was a very simple recipe to follow. I cut back on the rosemary since it can be overpowering. I had a 2lb loin and it only took about 1.5 hours to cook. When I took it out of the oven I covered it with foil for about ten minutes for the juices to come out. The gravy serves nicely with mashed potatoes.

Mississippi Six

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
I thought this was okay. I wasn't as good as I was expecting it to be. It kind of just tasted like one of those dried beef balls with cream cheese and worchestershire warmed up, but with a some other ingredients I couldn't really taste.

Down Home Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2006
This was great. I was craving homemade mac and cheese and this was perfect. I think I was a little impatient though waiting for it to thicken so I added more flour, which took away from the cheedar flavor. Even so, it was delicious.

This is a great recipe. I will definitely make this again. I didn't use as much garlic and it was still great.

I used a 1/2 lb of sage and 1/2 lb of original sausage for a little extra flavor. The results were great.

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

This was amazing. I cut the recipe to 4 servings, but I added a little more shrimp than the recipe called for. It was simple to make and delicious.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
The pork browned really quick in the skillet, so I only needed to fry them about 5 min total. I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic (store was out of original) and the recipe still turned out great. It was my first time baking pork chops, and I will definitely use this recipe again.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2006
I was a little nervous at first because I thought that the butter would be overpowering. I'm glad that I tried it because the chicken was extremely moist and the flavor was excellent.

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2006
I had to add a little more beef broth to the recipe because there wasn't much sauce left after simmering for an hour. I'll probably use lower sodium beef broth next time, since it tasted a little salty (probably from me adding more). Serves great with peas and egg and egg noodles. It tasted wonderful and I can't wait to make it again.

Jimmy Dean Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: May 23, 2006
This was okay - it tasted like it was missing something. I didn't add any of the optional ingredients, but if I were to make it again I definitely would.
