Very flavourful recipe! I made a few modifications though: I sauteed the onions and the zucchini in a little olive oil instead of butter, and I used half the cream. Btw, the cream I used was 5% but it still made a nice, creamy and tasty soup...

Tofu Parmigiana

Strawberry Crepe Roll-Ups

These crepes are delicious!! I used 3 eggs insted of the substitute I added a little bit of melted butter in the batter, but next time I´ll skip it to see what happens... For the filling, I improvised a little and used applesauce and lingonberry jam. They turned out great...

German Apple Cake I

This recipe is very good. I used half oil/half apple sauce, and reduced the sugar in half as well. It was delicious served with vanilla ice cream. Also, it freezes pretty well.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Great recipe!! I made a few modifications: Instead of melted butter, I used half oil and half applesauce; I replaced one cup of flour with half a cup of flax meal and half a cup of oat bran. Also, I added some vanilla extract... They turned out great topped with strawberries and grapes. Yummy!!!
