Easy No Bake Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2007
This recipe was really bland and just tasted like the ingredients put together. I used pistachio pudding and it turned out a light green color. I threw most of them away and I rarely do that!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2007
So easy to make and way good. It did have a slight buttery/fatty taste but I am glad I made them.

Rocky Road Fudge Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2007
This recipe is awesome! They were really chocolatey, gooey, sweet, and everyone loved them! The layers don't take that much time to make, and I put 1 1/2 oz of chocolate in the two layers it called for so that it would be more chocolatey and not as sweet.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
This recipe was very easy and I loved how easy it was to shred the chicken. Everyone loved it-I made two crockpots full and it was gone that day!

Cornbread Muffins II

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
This recipe was okay, but nothing amazing. The muffins didn't really rise, so they were pretty flat, and they had a grainy texture and not much flavor.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2006
This cake was amazingly moist and dense and delicious. I used half oil and half yogurt instead of butter, used a little less sugar, and added a bit of vanilla, and it turned out scrumptious! We put cream cheese frosting on it, but it is fabulous without it too.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2006
Amazing. I doubled the soda and vanilla and added a little extra flour because I am at a higher altitude, and they turned out amazing.

Delightful Apple Spice Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2006
these were pretty good, quick and easy, made with ingredients that I usually have on hand. As for flavor, they were pretty good, but I think if I made them again I would add more spice.

Oatmeal Banana Raisin Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2006
The dough was amazing, but the banana flavor came out a lot when they were baked. I liked how they were chewy and not cake like like most other banana cookies. They were really good, just not quite as good as I thought.

Banana Oatmeal Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
Fresh out of the oven this bread is amazing. I really enjoyed the oatmeal texture. I didn't like it as much the second day however, because it became much thicker/heavier than normal banana bread.

Amazing! We gobbled it up. I love how you bake it, it was just a little time consuming though.

My sister made these today and they were excellent. I love the almond flavoring and shortbread flavor.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2006
These were really easy and good. I would add more spices next time because they didn't have a whole ton of pumpkin flavor. It's nice how none of the ingredients are perishable.

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2006
This was really good, though it was really thick and more like a dip than a dressing.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2005
These were really easy and tasted really good. When I rolled them up and put different toppings on they looked great. I put the mixture in the fridge to harden up as directed, but then it got really hard and crumbly, so I had to mash the balls together. Next time I will skip the fridge step.

Gooey Brownies with Shortbread Crust

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2005
These were good, but they weren't really like a brownie at all. I had to cook both the shortbread and the brownie parts longer than the directions said, and the brownies still didn't really set up. They were more like gooey fudge with a crust.

Applesauce Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2005
These were pretty good but did not have a whole ton of flavor. Some people thought that it was gingerbread-probably because it had the same color. It was good but nothing amazing so I probably won't make it again.

Banana Pancakes I

Really sweet but really good. I put walnuts and chocolate chips on top. They cooked very nicely and the batter was a good pancake consistency.
