Warm Mushroom Spread
My assistant and I used this recipe to celebrate the first day of autumn today in our pre-k class. The kids loved chopping the shrooms but didn't seem to care for their aroma! LOL! Nonetheless, most of them tried it and liked it but we LOVED it! Used a LOT more butter than called for so it was really delish and tres Julia Childs!

One Bowl Brownies
I have used this recipe LOTS of times and absolutely LOVE it!! Just the other day I added raspberries after putting the batter into the pan and they were even MORE divine!!! Also added 3 T of cocoa powder just because and only use 1 cup of raw cane sugar and wheat flour. SUPERB recipe!!!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
This was an AWESOME recipe!!! Thanks to previous reviewers for the "resting" tip. Never heard that before. I also added 1 tsp. of brown sugar which really made the sauce (like suggested). I cooked the steaks in the pan like the recipe said and did add the wine and basalmic to the pan. Was a bit worried b/c the last two reviews said they didn't but it was phenomenal!! I also added pine nuts & will LOVE to use Gorgonzola once I'm not preggie!! WONDERFUL Valentine's dinner. We had it with green beans and roasted red potatoes with rosemary and garlic. DE-LISH!!! Oh! Also made the Parmesan puffs for an appetizer.
