Magic Cookie Bars from EAGLE BRAND®

This recipe brings back memories from my childhood. I made as the recipe is written. It's delicious & easy. I think the only thing I would do different is press the crust down a little better as it fell apart a bit.

Johnsonville Italian Meatballs

Oookay....I have my own delicious recipe for meatballs BUT decided to try these. I think these a wonderful. I made them just as written and added them to a spaghetti sauce recipe I got on this site. Really good!!! PS I will definitely make these again.

Better Than Sex Cake II

I haven't made this cake in years. My son asked about this it and I didn't have a recipe so I used this one. It was really good but I think next time I will take the advice of other reviewers. I will use the whole can of sweetened condensed milk & a whole jar of caramel sauce. It is yummy and I would recommend this delicous cake!

Sweet, Spicy, and Sticky BBQ Sauce

Use this last night on ribs. It was good & SPICY! For me this recipe is for basting the ribs while they are on the grill not for putting on your plate and dunking ribs after they've been grilled...

A definite 5 star recipe. My jalapeno was not hot enough for my taste & I like more garlic...all personal taste--but the flavor of this pico was great! Very good recipe!!

Foolproof Rib Roast

Made as directed. This rib roast was delicious. Not many ingredients for the rub so it doesn't overpower the meat. (I made another recipe & the rub was too spicy so it took away from the flavor of the roast) I did put a thermometer in the roast. Needed to make Au Jus though~2 c. water, 1 beef boullion & 1/2 tsp crushed Rosemary. Boil. Good & light Au Jus for this Rib Roast. ~Perfect recipe!

Monkey Bread

Really good. My change is nothing with the ingredients but with how you put it in the pan. I mixed the butter & syrup and put 1/2 into the pan. Then mixed brown sugar, spices & nuts together & put 1/2 of this mixture on top of the syrup mixture. I did not cut the biscuits but split them into the biscuit pieces & put them into the pan at an angle around the pan. Poured the rest of the syrup mixture & the the rest of the brown sugar mixture on top. Baked. Let sit for just a couple of minutes. Turned over to lots of syrupy delicious-ness!!

I use to make these with my mom when I was young. They were one of my favorites. I am so glad I found this recipe. Delicious. I put in the fridge over nite & the dough was easiers to roll into balls. Delicious!!

This is a great recipe and have been making it for years!!! Ha ha...a good way to use up those Halloween Snicker Bars! I do add a pkg of vanilla pudding. Yum !!!

Sugar Cookie Drops

I have been looking at this recipe for a long time. I have always made sugar cookies with just regular sugar, but I was told that to make the best sugar cookie you need to make them using powdered sugar. I guess they were right. These ARE the best!! As others suggested I added 1 tsp of salt. The next "times" (because there will be many more!) I will try adding another tsp of vanilla and I will try with almond extract--for a bite more flavor. I refrigerated them overnight to blend flavor & make them easier to handle. I also flatten the cookie by dipping a glass in water first then sugar. DELICIOUS delicate cookie! A definite 5 star recipe.
